7. Term. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and us as soon as we approve your registration to use our Service ("Effective Date"). You may terminate this Agreement at any time by discontinuing all access to or use of the Service.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where you reside or where your actions under this Agreement occurred and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such court.
